Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning duties including trash removal, pet waste station maintenance, and apartment trashing. Perform upkeep of outdoor spaces by operating equipment like backpack blowers and power washers, weeding, and planting while managing golf carts and trailers. Maintain a clean, welcoming community appearance through attention to detail and proactive issue identification. Work independently with a strong work ethic, adapting to various responsibilities ranging from light painting to supporting maintenance needs. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.

- Capability to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to use hand tools and operate equipment (including backpack blowers, power washers).

- Capability to frequently bend and stoop for planting, weeding and maintenance of outdoor spaces.
- Ability to work in conditions with loud noise levels at times.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in potentially inclement weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, humidity).
