Job Summary
Porter/Groundskeeper responsible for keeping Weinstein Properties’ communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Tasks include picking up trash, cleaning pet waste stations, trashing out apartments, and assisting with light painting, housekeeping, and maintenance support. The role emphasizes reliability, independence, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities to grow into maintenance tech or other roles. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in a physically demanding outdoor environment; applicable benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401k, and other company perks.
