Porter/ Groundskeeper - The Grove at Woodlake

Maintains the community grounds and amenities for Greystar’s The Grove at Woodlake by inspecting the grounds, removing litter and debris, cleaning vacant apartments prior to turn, assisting with the make-ready process, changing locks as needed, and ensuring gate/lock functionality and safety compliance. Communicates with residents, responds to questions and complaints about maintenance services, and participates in routine safety training and OSHA-related requirements. Requires 1-2 years of related experience; valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property; English and Spanish communication preferred. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with on-call obligations; housing discount and incentive-based bonuses available.
