Job Summary
Groundskeeper for a 240-unit apartment community in Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities include light painting, de-web corners, power-washing areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and delivering excellent resident service. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Requires six months of prior work experience, ability to read/write/communicate in English, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, basic computer skills (Internet and email), a “whatever it takes” mentality, and reliability.
