Job Summary
Porter/Groundskeeper needed to perform grounds care, trash pickup, and general maintenance duties under Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager at The Lodge at Shavano Park; requires ability to lift 30 lb, bilingual a plus, 40-hour work week, full-time schedule, benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- Grounds care. Pick-up trash
- Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
- Understand company policies
- Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee)
