Porter / Groundskeeper

Maintain cleanliness of grounds, parking areas, and property perimeters by sweeping sidewalks, breezeways, and common walkways. Clean and maintain pool areas, furniture, and surrounding spaces while emptying trash receptacles and supporting upkeep of shared outdoor areas. Keep laundry rooms and common areas organized, clutter-free, and presentable. Assist with trash-outs, preparation of vacant units, and support maintenance technicians with assigned tasks. Deliver notices, newsletters, and communications to residents. Provide courteous interactions with residents and represent the property professionally. Follow safety procedures and company standards while working collaboratively with maintenance and management teams.
