Job Summary
Conduct daily grounds care and trash pickup for 304 apartment units at Las Colinas at Black Canyon in Phoenix, AZ. Lift and carry 30 lb items up stairs under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager. Adhere to company policies regarding vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Bilingual ability is a plus. Full-time schedule includes 40 hours per week with bi-weekly payroll.
