Porter / Groundskeeper

Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities while picking up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean. Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep, and support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects. Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude. This role helps create a safe, welcoming environment for apartment community residents.
