Job Summary
Conduct daily property upkeep reviews, including exterior inspections and common area/hallway checks. Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and trash operations. Drive shuttles and residents in company vehicles as needed, and assist with making readies. Paint common areas per supervisor instructions. Contribute to a management team culture focused on customer service. Report directly to the Service Manager to support property maintenance tasks ranging from daily to quarterly schedules.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in on-site housekeeping operations preferred but not required
- Experience delivering customer service efforts as a part of a successful management team
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
- Openness to on-the-job training
