Job Summary
Conduct daily reviews of property upkeep, including exterior grounds and common hallways. Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and maintain cleanliness of all community grounds and trash operations. Drive shuttles and transport residents using company vehicles as needed. Paint common areas per supervisor instructions and assist with making readies. Contribute to a management team culture focused on customer service. This role reports directly to the Service Manager within The Dinerstein Companies' multi-family and student housing portfolio. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in on-site housekeeping operations preferred but not required
- Experience delivering customer service efforts as a part of a successful management team
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
- Openness to on-the-job training
