Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of common areas, assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, and power-wash areas in need. Represent FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to residents at our 188-unit apartment community in Lancaster, Ca. This role requires six months of prior work experience, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and basic computer skills for internet and email use. Schedule includes Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 80 hours of annual vacation and paid sick leave.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of prior work experience in any field
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills: Internet and email
- Possess a 'whatever it takes' mentality
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must be available Tuesday-Saturday from 7:30am to 4:30pm
