Job Summary
Stock beverage department coolers, maintain stock rotation, and review orders from receiving to ensure proper par levels for all outlets. Assist co-workers and guests in maintaining high customer service while changing kegs, requisitioning supplies, and delivering F&B products to Hotel/Casino venues as needed. Clean beverage storerooms, maintain beer lines and Berg systems, and perform minor repairs to coffee and glass washing machines. This role requires standing, walking up to 1.5 miles, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Candidates must obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week and a Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate within 60 days. Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, regulations, and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment
- Must be able to complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate through Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of employment
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to sit at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs
- Must have sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
- Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures
