Porter (flexible availability, Central Park South)

Conduct cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing of all equipment, dishes, pots, pans, tools, utensils, tables, chairs, and grease traps. Maintain neat appearances of working areas, employee and customer bathrooms, bakery grounds, and windows. Keep bakery supplies, food, paper, and delivery items organized and tidy. Transport food or other products from storage rooms daily. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies. Sweep, mop floors, break down boxes, empty trash, take out recycling, and clean walls, doors, moldings, and base boards. Perform simple manual work to maintain a clean and orderly bakery while upholding brand integrity. Requires standing and walking for 3-5 hours without rest breaks and occasional moderate to heavy lifting.
