Job Summary
Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety to maintain a high-level of customer service and ensure a safe, clean-living experience for residents. Assist with repairing and maintaining community features while preserving great curb appeal. Perform other custodial and maintenance duties as required. This role supports Fairstead's mission to deliver high-quality affordable housing across 28 states through a tech-forward, entrepreneurial approach to property management.
Required Qualifications
- General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Availability to work weekends
- Ability to be on call
