Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms and escort guests to rooms, informing them of resort services and features. Assist with luggage delivery, loading and unloading from vehicles, and provide room orientation. Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information about outlet hours, services, directions, and transportation options (e.g., taxis, airport shuttle). Maintain knowledge of resort policies, services, and amenities; ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas; resolve guest complaints and sustain guest satisfaction. Maintain readiness to assist with all guest needs throughout stay and support various resort operations as needed.
