Job Summary
Porter position with Everclean (Kandor Management Corporation) supporting mall cleaning operations. Key duties include cleaning and maintaining floors, stairways, entrances, washrooms, and carpets; tasks include sweeping, vacuuming, dry/wet mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Responsibilities are split across opening (20%): checking washrooms, stocking supplies, touring common areas; daytime (60%): cleaning entranceways and glass, sweeping/mopping floors, managing waste, reporting hazards; closing (20%): ensuring garbage is managed, washrooms stocked, and facilities cleaned. Ad hoc duties may be assigned. Required to safely operate housekeeping equipment, perform all cleaning tasks, follow policies, and communicate in English; strong attendance and ability to stand/walk for long periods are essential.
