Maintain property grounds, curb appeal, and common areas by sweeping, cleaning lobbies, restocking supplies, and ensuring trash receptacles are emptied regularly. Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces while performing seasonal tasks like snow removal, leaf blowing, and pressure washing. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and potential risks to supervisors immediately and assist residents with carrying items or providing directions. Operate golf carts and follow all safety procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment. This full-time onsite role involves heavy lifting, frequent standing, and weekend coverage within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to utilize a personal smart device for apps related to property operations and communication
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- This role requires a five-day onsite workweek that likely includes weekend coverage
- Requires continuous physical effort, including heavy lifting (over 50 pounds)
- Involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and other strenuous activities
- May require the ability to operate heavy machinery or perform physically demanding tasks regularly
