Job Summary
Provide transportation for clients to appointments, housing placements, detox, and other placement points; deliver and pick up supplies and program documents to/from various BRC programs and DHS facilities; maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of facility; receive and store deliveries; perform related duties as assigned. Full-time position in Queens, NY (Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm). Emphasis on safety, client support, and teamwork within a homeless-services environment; requires a NY driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, English literacy, and Fire Safety Team membership. Required Qualifications
- Valid NY state driver’s license required
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
