Job Summary
Welcome guests, assist with luggage on arrival and departure, and manage the hotel driveway to ensure safe and efficient vehicle flow. Respond promptly to guest requests, provide information on facilities and local attractions, and facilitate transportation bookings. Collaborate with the Front Office team to maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the entrance, lobby, and driveway areas. This role requires a proactive attitude and flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
