Job Summary
Porter/Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant, completing daily/weekly/monthly tasks, keeping the building and grounds in good condition (including landscaping and snow removal), organizing and rotating stock using FIFO while monitoring shelf life and codes, maintaining knowledge of restaurant equipment, and performing scheduled equipment maintenance.
