Job Summary
Maintain the building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal. Filter the 4 vat fryer system, assemble front custard and shake machines, and cook food on steam tables. Perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly while maintaining a basic working knowledge of equipment operation.
