Job Summary
Porter at Contour at NoDa responsible for sustaining cleanliness and quality of the community, inspecting and maintaining property/buildings/equipment, keeping grounds and units safe and attractive, cleaning and removing trash and debris, and regular pool equipment maintenance, while delivering exceptional customer service. Requires one year of porter experience in property management or similar role, knowledge of basic cleaning/maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass required background checks and testing. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
- Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
