Job Summary
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous manner while circulating through the work area to maintain line of sight and atmosphere control. Keep the venue floor neat, clean, and free of obstacles by immediately cleaning spills, operating the trash compactor, and ensuring all receptacles are lined and odor-free. Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom maintenance, and polishing hardware throughout the shift. Attend pre-shift meetings, report safety hazards, and follow all standard operating procedures and housekeeping standards. Maintain adequate supplies and observe safety practices in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years in cleaning services or related type work
- High School diploma
- Ability to read, write and follow written instruction
- Detail-oriented and team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Early Morning & Day time availability
- Sense of Urgency
- Time Management
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Food Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment
