Job Summary
Porter (Full-Time) responsible for maintaining common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in, including clubhouse, offices, model units, and all common areas; ensure cleanliness and safety; manage trash/debris and landscaping; support apartment turnovers and communicate issues to supervisors; participate in required trainings and uphold policies to ensure resident satisfaction. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and perform physical labor up to eight hours, English communication, and a High School Diploma or equivalent; on-site Orlando, FL location.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy while providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day
- Ability to communicate and comprehend in English
- Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values awareness
- Custodian or Janitorial/Porter maintenance experience preferred
