Job Summary
Maintain common areas, apartments, and clubhouse spaces prior to resident move-in by ensuring they are free of trash, debris, and animal waste. Keep landscaping well-maintained, including watering flowers, and prepare dumpster areas for pick-up. Assist with apartment turnovers and advise supervisors of repair needs such as carpet or window damage. Communicate with management regarding maintenance issues and respond appropriately to emergencies per policy. Participate in all required in-service and Cardinal U training sessions while adhering to company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy while providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day
- Ability to communicate and comprehend in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day
