Maintain common areas, clubhouses, model units, and all other property spaces prior to resident move-in by ensuring they are free of trash, debris, and animal waste. Keep dumpster areas clean and prepare for trash pick-up while managing grass, landscaping, and flower watering. Conduct apartment turnovers as directed and advise supervisors of repair needs such as ripped carpet or torn linoleum. Communicate with Property or Service Managers regarding maintenance or curb appeal issues and respond appropriately to emergencies per policy. Participate in required in-service training and Cardinal U sessions while adhering to all policies and procedures. Work both inside and outside apartment buildings in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and hail.
