Maintain common areas, clubhouses, and model units prior to resident move-in by ensuring spaces are free of trash, debris, and animal waste. Clean dumpster areas and prepare for trash pick-up while watering flowers and maintaining landscaping to ensure the best possible appearance of each apartment. Advise supervisors of repair needs such as ripped carpet or torn linoleum and provide assistance with apartment turnovers as directed. Respond appropriately to emergencies, communicate maintenance issues to managers, and attend all required in-service and Cardinal U training sessions. Work both inside and outside apartment buildings in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and hail, while adhering to all policies and procedures.
