Job Summary
As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in. This role requires exemplary customer service and teamwork, ensuring cleanliness and safety of the property, including managing trash and landscaping. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for up to eight hours. High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a positive attitude and the ability to use hand and power tools effective communication skills in English.
