Job Summary
Porter responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds. Maintain excellent curb appeal, inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily, pick up trash, run trash compactor, clean mailbox area, water plants, perform pool maintenance and record pool chemistry, assist in daily upkeep of office/clubhouse/amenity areas, replace light bulbs, paint curbs and speed bumps, sweep and pressure wash common areas, keep storm drains clear, deliver newsletters and flyers, assist with events, address resident concerns promptly, and adhere to dress code. Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds, work outdoors in varying temperatures, and be on-call with weekend availability. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Groundskeeping and landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- Reliable transportation due to on-call requirement
