Job Summary
Inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily, including breezeways, parking lots, and common areas. Sweep, blow, or pressure wash surfaces, keep storm drains clear, and maintain curb appeal by painting curbs and speed bumps. Perform pool maintenance, clean chemicals, and manage trash compactor operations. Deliver correspondence, address resident complaints professionally, and assist with turn events. Perform additional groundskeeping tasks as directed while adhering to the dress code.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Requires the ability to work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit
- Requires the ability to personally perform general grounds keeping and maintenance tasks without endangering themselves, residents, and other employees
- Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Groundskeeping and landscaping experience is preferred
