Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, restrooms, grounds, and breezeways, including trash collection. Assist with furniture placement in common areas and individual units, remove snow and spread salt during inclement weather, and support pool and light maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
