Job Summary
Maintain curb appeal throughout the property daily by picking up trash, emptying pet waste stations, blowing sidewalks and parking lots, and pressure washing common areas on a scheduled basis. Clean common areas, stairwells, and amenity spaces including the pool area, while maintaining inventory of large equipment and supplies in the maintenance shop. Assist with rent-ready units for trash removal and patio clean-up, support the maintenance team with deliveries, and conduct daily property walks to report issues such as safety hazards, leaks, and irrigation problems. Work a flexible schedule including weekends with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
