Job Summary
Clean and organize all surfaces, equipment, plates, glassware, and stations within the restaurant. Routinely check that all sinks, dishes, or glasswashers are properly functioning. Reporting directly to the culinary manager and general manager. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Familiarity with delivery practices and handling methods. An ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed.
