Job Summary
Clean and prepare tables for new guests, pre-buss and re-set tables within a 3-minute timeframe, and refill non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, including company restrooms, while supporting restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies. Follow the direction of managers on duty and work cohesively with all team members to support both front-of-house and back-of-house priorities. Work assigned scheduled shifts, including late nights between 12 AM and 3 AM, weekends, and holidays. Minimum age requirement is 18 years; food handling certificate is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AM
- Works assigned scheduled shifts
- Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
