Porter

Conduct daily cleaning of the building exterior and parking lot, manage trash collection, and perform interior janitorial duties. Identify and resolve light maintenance issues, inspect assigned areas regularly, and assist the Maintenance and Construction teams with major repairs. Maintain property to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and team members. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
