Job Summary
Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, and parking lots while performing daily trash removal and preparing units for move-in. Assist with maintenance tasks, cleaning apartments or models, and housekeeper duties. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, then report repair concerns and unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Director. Ensure high curb appeal and timely completion of all assigned duties. This hands-on role requires significant outdoor work in varying weather conditions and the ability to work on-call after hours and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of full-time related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work on-call, including after-hours and weekends when necessary
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Requires the ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, and kneel for extended periods
- Must be able to safely climb ladders and stairs as part of daily tasks
