Maintain the cleanliness of The Corliss property in Milwaukee by keeping vacant units fresh weekly and cleaning models including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and appliance removal. Perform daily cleaning of the fitness center, bathrooms, and clubhouse areas while rotating through hallway, community room, leasing office, and exterior property tasks on specified schedules. Prepare unit turns for new tenants as directed by the Lead Maintenance Technician.
