Job Summary
Porter role in The Manor Hospital Bank shifts; duties include patient, equipment and goods movement, driving for blood runs where required, escorting patients to rooms or other hospital areas, providing courteous service, maintaining patient comfort and dignity, providing security for the facility, and complying with mandatory training. Requires front-line customer facing experience; portering experience in healthcare/hotel hospitality is beneficial; GCSE Maths/English at A-C or equivalent; PC literacy; UK driving license. Weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Front line customer facing experience.
- Previous portering experience in a healthcare, hotel or hospitality setting would be beneficial.
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
- UK Driving license.
