Assist maintenance team members with light tasks such as painting on turns, handling work tickets, and placing signage. Prepare market-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments prior to turn/make-readies. This part-time, year-round role offers flexibility in hours based on property needs, with a salary of $14.00-$16.00 per hour.
