Job Summary
Porter needed for luxury student housing community in Flagstaff, AZ. Responsibilities include care and upkeep of rental units and property, assisting in maintenance situations and with work orders, groundskeeping (trash pickup daily), and turnover tasks (walking units, touch-up painting, moving furniture). On-call rotation for 24-hour emergencies. Requires ability to lift up to 75 pounds, frequent bending, and safe use of cleaning fluids and tools. In-person work setting at Park Place Flagstaff with background verification and drug screening; Park7 is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
