Job Summary
Welcome and assist guests with arrivals, departures, and luggage services. Escort guests to their rooms, provide personalized introductions to hotel facilities, and coordinate the efficient handling of luggage, mail, messages, and guest requests. Deliver exceptional service through genuine guest engagement, support VIP arrivals and special guest experiences, and assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval where required. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front entrance and lobby environment while sharing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays at Manly Pacific MGallery Collection.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or guest service role (preferred)
