Job Summary
Welcome guests with warmth and create a convivial atmosphere; be visible in the lobby as the go-to person; assist with transfer, storage, and handling of guest luggage and property; help guests with requests in a professional and polite manner; provide directions, local information, and transportation assistance; requires excellent spoken English, NZ driver’s license, ability to drive both auto and manual, and ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays; physically capable of lifting 30kg; well groomed and presentable; part-time porter role at Mövenpick Hotel Auckland with Accor benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Restricted or Full New Zealand driver’s license
- Ability to drive both auto and manual cars is an advantage
- Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and morning and night shifts
- Physically fit and able to lift at least 30kg
- Well groomed and presentable
- Excellent spoken English
