Job Summary
Porter responsible for maintaining exterior grounds and common interior areas of a multifamily property, including trash-outs after move-outs, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, gutters, pool area maintenance, and overall cleanliness of workspaces. Requires basic maintenance/janitorial experience, familiarity with cleaning equipment and hand tools, ability to operate a motor vehicle on site, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime; entry level role in property management with focus on customer service and professional representation of BH.
Required Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience
- Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair
- Basic computer skills/knowledge to perform job functions
- Lifting up to 50 pounds; physical ability to perform required tasks
