Job Summary
Maintain property cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal by inspecting grounds, sweeping walkways, and operating trash compactors daily. Water landscaping, manage storm drains, and assist with minor maintenance like bulb replacement and curb painting. Clean clubhouse, office, and pool areas while tracking chemical logs to ensure resident-ready environments. Deliver customer service during resident interactions and support unit turns and special projects as needed. Primarily Monday–Friday with extended hours, weekends, and on-call availability. Required Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to safely use cleaning tools, ladders, and equipment
- Reliable transportation for on-call or emergency needs
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and maintenance environments
- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required for the role
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or property support roles
