Job Summary
Inspect exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways, daily while maintaining an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to CEV Standards. Maintain the property and apartments in a clean and safe manner according to company policies, ensuring physical aspects meet established standards and applicable laws. Work with the maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal, clean mailbox areas, and sweep, blow, or pressure wash common areas. Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning, including running the compactor daily and maintaining accurate chemical records. Deliver correspondence, newsletters, and flyers, and assist in turn events and office upkeep.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement
- A high school education or equivalent
- Must be able to use general cleaning equipment and tools included but not limited to: hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers and hoses
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach forward and overhead, and grasp
- Must be able to bend, crouch or stoop
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs. with mechanical assistance
- Must have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to perform all essential functions satisfactorily
