Job Summary
Maintain property cleanliness and safety by inspecting exterior grounds, sweeping common areas, and managing waste operations including the trash compactor. Operate cleaning equipment to pressure wash walkways and water landscaping while assisting with minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and curb touch-ups. Clean clubhouse, office, and amenity spaces including the pool area, ensuring all common areas remain organized and resident-ready. Deliver customer service to residents and support unit turns and community communications as needed. Primarily work Monday through Friday with extended hours, weekends, and on-call availability.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to safely use cleaning tools, ladders, and equipment
- Reliable transportation for on-call or emergency needs
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and maintenance environments
- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required for the role
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or property support roles
