Job Summary
Load, operate, and unload dish machines safely while keeping sinks clean and reporting mechanical issues. Wash and store all kitchenware, replenish detergents and chemicals, and organize refrigerators and freezers. Put away deliveries, assist with basic food preparation, and complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures. Maintain adequate levels of clean small wares and tools throughout the bakery and kitchen. Ensure all restaurant areas remain clean and organized by following the cleaning checklist.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training
