Job Summary
Maintain exterior cleanliness and property detailing for 3300 Tamarac Apartments, including painting, cleaning common areas, checking exterior lighting, and removing debris, litter, and abandoned items. Perform general maintenance tasks, assist with resident make-ready duties, clean storage areas, and distribute resident communications. Handle various physical tasks as directed and ensure work area safety. This role requires the ability to lift heavy items, reliable transportation, and general maintenance skills. Compensation ranges from $22-$23/hour with monthly bonuses, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, sick time, and 401K matching.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift heavy items!
- Must be reliable and have excellent transportation!!
- Must have general maintenance skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
