Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and laundry rooms. Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs, weatherproofing outdoor areas, and managing cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with moving furniture, emptying trash receptacles, and disposing of waste while following safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment. This role is based at Pines at Castle Rock with 630 units. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7am to 4pm and includes a salary range of $18-$20/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role - Preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred not Required)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools
- Ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and time management skills
