Job Summary
Load, operate, and unload dish machine safely and efficiently; wash and store all kitchenware, baskets and crates; maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and properly label and store chemicals. Assist with basic food preparation according to prep sheets, and complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists. Maintain clean, organized areas of the restaurant and support overall dish and kitchen operations. Located in NYC with Convive Brands’ Le Pain Quotidien/Little Beet concepts; hourly pay range $17.00-$23.00 plus tips (benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401k with match, commuter benefits). Preferred 3-6 months restaurant experience; flexible scheduling is highly preferred but not required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
